PCEP is the global entry-level certification from OpenEDG Python Institute. It shows recruiters you know Python fundamentals, tested to an international standard.
The exam is taken online through OpenEDG TestNow. After PCEP, the next level is PCAP (Certified Associate in Python Programming), built on Python Essentials 2.

Live online learners get 2 hours of live training on Zoom every week, in 40-minute sessions. Self-paced learners get one 40-minute common Q&A call every week. The schedule is shared with you when your batch starts.

No. The exam is optional. You can register for the course only, and you will still receive the OpenEDG course certificate when you pass the final test. Add a PCEP voucher if you want the professional certification.
The PCEP voucher with retake (₹8,500 + GST) includes a second attempt at no extra cost if you do not pass the first time. The standard voucher (₹7,000 + GST) covers one attempt.
